Tuning and Reading Spark Plugs

I ran across this website when searching and found this helpful guide for reading spark plugs. We talk a lot about pulling a plug and seeing what is going on but I haven't seen much in the way of actually what to look for when doing so. Maybe it's buried in here somewhere (search function having troubles) but thought I'd share.

Maybe some of our experienced tuning guys can add what they have found and look for with high Boost and Alky etc being added into the mix.
