You pull fuel. The chip is what controls injector duty cycle. The chip maker is who determines how much fuel and this is based on information given to him at time chip was made.

So if you asked for a 25 PSI chip and run 18 PSI then you will be rich.

You can drop alky amount while watching knock... but careful when you do this.

I would dial down the WOT fuel in the translator.. as far as tuning the extender extreme chip.. dont know. Bob would be the man to ask..
