tunning problems

I have an 87 T-Type with TA 60 turbo, strecth intercooler, 160 thermostat, 70mm throttle body, hemco plem, adj. fuel reg., volt booster, 3in. down pipe, 2800 stall. 3.55 gears. xp fuel pump,and a few other goodies. My car runs fine until it heats up a bit. It stalls out but starts back up. I had a few tests run on it like ignition,compression,fuel pressure. Every thing checked out fine. everything is set where its supposed to be. It pulls a code 44 and 45 but I just got a new denso o2 and tps and mass air flow and k&n filter and the car still acts goofy. any help would be greatl apreciated.
