turbo 400 converter question... trap speed and rpm

I think i'm looking for a 3200 rpm converter and was wondering what trap speed and rpm you are having with your converters.
My car should be a low 11/high 10 second car and i'm trying not to overstall it.

I ran a 9.5" Precision up untill this winter with a stall of about 2800rpm @ 0 boost, and at the end of last year it went a string of 10.50 runs over 128mph with directscan showing trap rpms about 5900-5950rpm. Thats with 28" tires and 3.42 gears. I've scince switched to a 9" ATI with about 3200 stall @ 0 boost and I like it alot on the street but havent been to the track yet.
