Turbo 400 reverse pattern shifter?

Can I use the stock shifter or I'm I going to need to get an aftermarket shifter?

yes you can but if the stock shifter is tired you can over a gear because of slack ,misadjusted cable,worn cable etc.the detent spacing is correct so if you spend a little time adjusting it it will work fine.
