Turbo Bolt torque

I plan on removing the turbine housing on my GT6776 to port the wg hole. Upon install, what should the torque value be for the turbine housing, 3 bolt flange and oil drain bolts? Is this necessary or should I just snug 'em down?

Shop vac and a dremel tool?

Maybe instead of removing the turbo just use a shop vac and a good carbide bit?

When i did it on my TE45a, there was no need to remove the housing to port it out.

Are you worried about the excess metal hitting the wheel?

yes, I don't want to get any metal shavings on the turbine wheel.
