Turbo compressor dimension

i was reading where some one was trying to determine if there turbo was a t-49.it was stated that the inlet diameter should be roughly 44mm,1.793in.i meausered mine today and it meausured 1.993in. could be a ta-60 or am i going about this the wrong way.thanks for any imput.also the inlet measures 49mm.justfound out how to convert in to mm.

i was always told the ta 49 had a 58mm inlet. altho i never measured mine

The TA49 (T04E "60" trim) compressor wheel should measure 2.29" or 58 mm. Sounds like yours is stock.

Are you taking the compressor cover off and measuring the wheel or are you measuring the volute??

You need to measure the wheel itself. Both DG and DP and measure it.
