Do any one sells a bigger one to bolt to a T70? The exhaust outlet on the turbine is too big for the stock down pipe flance. I can make the stock flange work, but it involve some welding and porting, which i can do but if i can buy one i would rather do so.

here is what i am talking.

Here is the stock exhaust flange bolted to the tubring housing http://f2.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/stevexperformance/detail?.dir=/7e2e&.dnm=7a95.jpg you will notice the turbine housing was fill with weld. when looking at the flange from the inside http://f2.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/stevexperformance/detail?.dir=/7e2e&.dnm=dbc6.jpg the stock flange has a huge over hang which hurt gas flow and cause a leak. http://f2.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/stevexperformance/detail?.dir=/7e2e&.dnm=eb9b.jpg I am thinking of porting out the extra material on the inside and add metal (weld) to the outside of the flange. I will also have to machine the surface flat so it seal when bolt up.http://f2.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/stevexperformance/detail?.dir=/7e2e&.dnm=5071.jpg

So if no one has a flange that will bolt up to the T70 turbine housing i will have to machine the stock one to work.

I really hate to burst your bubble here, but your trying to use a t70 with the stock elbow? Why do you want to lose about 30 hp for no reason? There are so many nice DP's on the market? Can you tell me the reason to use a stocker? No flames here just curious?

You are not bursting my bubble here, I think i made my self quite clear.

The only alternative to the stock elbow that I've ever heard of is the Bowling Green Customs casting. From memory it seemed bigger but I don't know if it will be better for you or not. If you get one, carefully check out the puck bushing as I've heard of two sticking (one open so no boost, one closed and popped a headgasket).
