I have a stage 3 turbo with the deltagate waste gate wmounted to the housing.My question is on the stock turbo elbo do i need to take the flaper valve out of the elbo to use the deltagate.

I think most people that run the wastegate on the turbonetics housing also run the turbonetics (or ATR?) downpipe. If you're going to run the stock elbow and run an open gate or plumb it into the downpipe downstream you can wire the stock flapper shut with some stainless steel safety wire from the hardware store. Use the heavier gauge (.060" I believe) and twist it nice and tight so there's absolutely no play in the flapper. Wouldn't want any leaks
