Turbo exhaust flange

So I know this has been brought up before but does anyone make or know where to get the exhaust flange to make your own DP? All I need is the flange and my guy says he can make the elbow and down, probably using an external wastegate but hey maybe I can test his skills? Does anyone know what goes into making a flange with the flapper, whats the key with the flapper?
