Turbo exhaust housing outlet diameters

Anyone have a 6768 or basically a turbo with a 68 exhaust wheel that can measure the exhaust housing outlet diameter? I got an external gate 3.5" DP here and the hole is only 64mm. I'm wondering if the hole is too small. The wastegate hole is 32mm.

I've had to open the flange up on almost every pipe I've handled over the years. The outlet is usually tapered out over 70mm on the housings
