Turbo failure

Right before my alternator went out on me i realized that my turbo also failed. would my alternator going out on me cause my turbo not to function. need help!

Definitely not...turbo failure would be caused by lack of oil or some type of foreign object going through it. alternator failure would affect your spark, fuel, and lighting. HTH

damn i was hoping i didnt have to buy a new frieken turbo. whats the biggest size turbo that i can use before having to make major upgrades on the rest of the car. dont know much about the car bought it last summer. thanks for the feedback

Is it stock or modified? Need more info to be able to tell what you can use.

thanx figured why turbo wasnt spooling the damn nuts from the pipe that connects to the turbo fell off.

Do so spring cleaning since it's spring.:biggrin: Check every line, nut, and bolt. You never know what you'll find.
