turbo flange leak

I just developed a leak in my 3 bolt header to turbo flange. Now the car is not running well? sputtering and acting weird. Would this leak effect the way it runs or is is just coincedence?

This is on my GTQ 70 car with Classic fast, 02 installed in the downpipe?

It seems funny that it had been running good and all of the sudden it starts acting weird at about the same time as the header leak.

fix the leak....it throws the o2 sensor off.

Yes this is what I suspected. I did log a wot short run and it looked to be in line, but Im sure many things are happining due to the leak.
