I am re-posting this since I have more information now and the previous post had me measuring incorrectly. The car this was on went 11.70's @ 117-118mph on 19psi with light head work and a small cam. It spooled great with a 9/11 converter that stalled about 3K @ 0psi.

This turbo is a E cover with a Precision .63 exhaust housing. It was built in the early 2000s. Turbo is tight (no excess play) and only has a few thousand miles on it.

If I measured correctly it is a 64mm exhaust wheel and a 60mm inducer.

Is that a TE44? If not what is different?

I am not sure on the model. The last paperwork said 60-1 Stage V turbo, which this isn't. I think this is bigger than the 44. With a 3K stall converter it spooled real quick. The car went 117-118mph in the 1/4 on pump gas though.
