turbo for stage set-up?

I am going to start a project stage car that will be a street sleeper.......with that in mind, what would be a good turbo for a stage motor? I was thinking of a John Craig TE-45. I would like to run mid to low tens with this set-up, easily.

Also what are going to be other issues with this? Would a V-4 work for sleeper effect, or will I have to run a front mount?

I'm thinking of a 9" rear....PMAC built trans....would a lock-up converter be too much for the street?

Any other suggestion are welcome, and or any recipes others have done with success..............
