Turbo id help please

I have a turbo that I have no idea what it is.

What I do know is.
It has a precision .63 exh. Housing
A/R .70 intake housing.
I measured the wheels. See pics.

Is this a good turbo? Do you have any idea what it's worth?

It is a decent turbo, outdated. The compressor will outflow the turbine. Not really worth much. 600 tops, and that is on the very high side.
