Turbo Lounge suffering

Is it me or has the Turbo Lounge has sure suffered( drop in posts) since it keeps getting moved down the latter on this board?

i agree i think it dropped ever since the new look. I hope are buick community is not getting smaller.

You also see posts that are a few days old on the first page now too. Used to always be posts from the current day on here.

I agree and would like to see the lounge back where it was. It shouldn't make any difference to the administrators. How about it, guys. I've noticed participation falling off since you move it as well.

The post count has drop some , but not very much , the reason it looks like it has slowed down is because the old version allowed 20 threads to be shown on the front page of the loung and all of the other forums on the site ..., Now with the new version the lounge holds 45 threads on the front page , double the amount... So it looks like the lounge has slowed down but it really has not.

Joe ,Imo The Buick community is getting smaller unfortunately , but the Buick community is a strong & close community so I think we will be fine.

Since the Lounge slid down the ladder here the "other" lounge seems to be "ALOT" more busy . My vote move it back.

FWIW & IMHO:
I go to this and 3 or 4 other turbo Buick-TTA forums/boards, and I think that all of them have slowed down a bit, especially in the non-fixit sectors, such as turbolounge. Maybe the weather. I have noticed that things definitely get boring at least several times a year, on all car boards that I visit. I am still getting used to the new location of everything here, changing it again will confuse things ever further. Just my $ .02 worth, before taxes, too. The other boards don't have anything going on right now either.

I think it's just the time of year! Summer lots of people on vacation and don't have the time for the boards. This is like vacation month madness now.. I know a ton of guys that read these boards and never ever post a thing! I could not tell you where the "turbo lounge" use to be in the line up as I just go to "new posts" on all the boards I roam

I'd prefer to call it like this.

Are the moderator/administrator/website creators too damm lazy to put new forums on the bottom of the sections they are in?

You know scroll/push them down when creating the new sections.

Scrolling DOWN to the new crap and stickies should be what's required, leave the old tried and true stuff alone and up top where it was.

I still make sure to visit the lounge every day no matter where it is on the page.

Costing To Much

It could be the gas prices.Today out side Lubbock TX ,we saw super 93. at 2.89 gal. Gets people discouraged so they dont want play with thier car, maybe they dont log on the board eather. But i hope thats not the case.
