turbo oil drain line...size?

Mine has tons of funk on it...what size wrench is supposed to get down on the fitting that comes out of the block. I'm going to try to find one of the stainless braided lines becuase my stock one is leaking...found it after timing chain install.

The large adapter into the block is 1 1/4".

The smaller tube fitting into it is 1 1/8".
