I was wondering... is it possible to make a gasket that will hold between the turbo housing and the oil return line to the block? Maybe just slap some RTV sealer on it? or use gasket material? or both? Is it possible that the actual LINE itself is leaking, rather than the mating surface? It looks like the mating surface/flange area is dry, but the middle of the tube looks oily. or is it just dripping there from the flange? Thanks again guys, I appreciate the help!!! :D

It is possible for the return line to crack...I have seen a few of them do that. Your line may also be leaking at the gasket joint where it connects to the turbo, and it may appear that the line is leaking because it drips down.

You must use the thick GM gasket and probably little or no gasket sealer since it easily gets scraped off and messy with oil residue etc.

If you can get thicker gasket material like the GM stuff go for it. :)
