Turbo Piston ID

I have a new set of early factory turbo pistons with the casting number 25502339. Can someone tell me what years these pistons would have been used in? I'm guessing around the years 82-84, but hopefully someone will know for certain.

most likely they are 78-85 pistons. 86-87 are different and so are the pushrod length for these years because of head gasket thickness.

Were the turbo pistons the same for all those years? The pistons are actually installed in a NOS shortblock with the date code August 1982, so I assume it may have been a service replacement for 1983 turbo shortblock. But I wondered what other years used these same parts.

you can actually use the whole shortblock in any year turbo regal. Just have to drill a drainback hole if you put it in an IC car.
