Working on a famous TR right now and had leaks on ends of the hoses. Yanked it all out and replacing with one of mine. Have seen other posts about it as well.

What is the filter pass through particle size ?

canton lists the element at 8 micron
thats fine filtering compared to the wix 51049 which is 21 micron and the wix racing 51061R is high flow but only filters down to to 61 micron

I think I need a little more data on what comparative filter media lets through. It's still a good idea.

Correct 8 microns.

With marks setup you're getting a way better filter and it's cleaner looking. I saw a 5 psi increase.
