turbo questions

I've got four wires coming out of my factory harness under my hood of my 4.1 83 regal

What are the. One set is blue and black and the other is brite green and black and the green and black wires have a green conecter onit

Well I was expecting a question on a turbo, not an NA issue.

Can you take a pic and post it so there's some reference as to location. You discription is a little vague.
