So, i rebuilt my turbos. One spins freely albeit feels tight (nature of the lube used. the red sticky stuff from permatex), the other feels like the turbine oil seal isnt seated fully. When the nut is tightened, it all binds up. I followed the same procedure on the other turbo and had no issues. Ideas?
