Turbo Seal-Gasket kit?

Does anyone know where I can purchase a Gasket-Seal kit for redoing a
TE-63 turbo.

Try John Craig at Limit Engineering. They got me a rebuild kit for my TE-60 and the price was pretty resonable as well. They should be able to help you out.
