I have been working on this for a little while & just got them finished up. Exact same specs as the original. Made from a little better quality steel which slowed down the manufacturing time do to the machining.
59.95 Ships USPS for $5.00 in the continetal U.S. We built 50 but with the costs not sure we will be doing another run of these. They should be on my site by Monday. I'll come back & post a link.
The pics on the left are the new unit. The one on the right is from an original 84 Grand national complete motor never fired.

outstanding, it looks great. what is the 87 version of this? is it a 4 bolt set up? I'll be calling close to christmas for one of these I plan to stay hot air, and need a back up. any chance u have that donut that goes on the exit side of the elbow too?

i got a donut gasket for mine at NAPA.. they didn't have a listing for it, but they were able to match it up to one they had hanging on the wall.. there's nothing really special about it.

The 87 doesn't use this. We sell the doughnuts as well. I think cheaper then napa. I appreciate the support must be to hi priced with 1 sold. Non stop emails and calls please build this and once again very few sales. Finishing the limited 10 run headers then back to 87 parts design and build. We just can't keep laying $ out with small profit returns and then very few sales. Dont worry we will still have these in stock for 20 years with the amount built. Sorry didn't mean to get off subject beautiful car and I think the black interior must look great! I love the look of your car clean lines.

Brian nice piece thanx again for keeping us alive with the small big things u do I'm also lookin for that donut gasket that goes in-between the uppipe and header what's the price on that ? Oh by I will be purchasing ur headers in due time piece by piece though just because not sure how work will get but will definitely be making that purchase soon Ill have to Reread the header thread u started to get an update of what's the availability and options.
