Turbo, Valve Springs, and TB questions

First, wondering if there is any interest in the stock turbos? Compressor impeller has some nicks.

Second, can anyone tell me if these are stock valve springs?

Last, the throttle body is pure black with either oil or carbon somehow. Is this normal for a turbo car?

I pay $75 for stock cores if you're interested. Dampers on springs are stock so probably stock springs. That's a lot of carbon. Maybe compression is leaking into the intake under power from worn valve seats. I would clean it out and bypass the crankcase evacuation if still hooked up and rinse the intercooler out. See how long it takes to come back. If the cranking compression is good and consistent on the cylinders I wouldnt worry about it. It can have a lot of leak down and it won't hurt power.
