did this just start? turbos are supposed to whine. now screaching is a different story. that means the blades are touching the housing

take the intake pipe off an look for scraping

My turbo sucked a very small piece of the silicone intake hose in and bent/broke some compressor wheel blades.It sounded like it had a procharger on it for a couple of days:biggrin:.Check the wheels for damage,good luck............
