I am looking for the number of the little plastic buttons that hold the weatherstrips to the body. I figured they would come with the strips,wrong:) .

Door weatherstrips? GM part# 20200750, I believe. Were the weatherstrips GM or aftermarket?

Roof rails ,doors uses screws. I have the strips,I am looking for the black plastic buttons that hold them to the body.:)
 
There really isn't a part number for them. GM considered them Standard Hardware items. There was a seperate catalog for clips along with the usual nuts and bolts. Most dealers just purchased that stuff from an outside hardware vendor as GM charged a lot of money for most of it.
 
No,window blow out clips are at the top left of the windows and do exactly that. Kirban sells them.

I am talking about the plastic buttons that hold the rood rail weatherstrips to the body.:)
 
Oh, my mistake. When I had painted my Cutlass the new seals I got came with short screws. I used those, worked fine, not 100% resto correct though.
