I know this scan tool is outdated but it's what I have used for years. The last time I used it was 2 to 3 yrs ago and it worked fine. I just tried it and it says it cannot connect to the ecm and to check cables. Do I need to reinstall the program? It has the last update that was put out. My computer uses Windows XP and it was the same one used 10 yrs ago for this. Any help is appreciated.
