Sorry for the dumb questions but will it work with pte-44 and stock ported elbow? & will it help spool said turbo? If yes i'll take it, trying to save some dough instead of buyin a looser converter, I have the stock d5 now...Thanks

No reason it shouldnt work for ANY turbo setup.
