I don't put much faith in unsigned replies.

Could be a joke too.

Anybody could have written that with a broken cap locks key. :p

Who in the Hell wrote that?, is appropriate.

Allen, it wasn't just anybody, Brian a tech from Turbonetics wrote it. He was the party involved with Gino's problems. From my perspective, this isn't about penmanship, although, it does not look good.... the point is, he responded with his side of the situation, it was clear to me. I will stand behind Turbonetics, they are an awsome company. Name me one company that would have even replaced the turbo....... when you consider the time frame involved. I have only had a few warrantee situations and never had a problem taking care of my customer to a mutually satisfactory agreement. Forget the fact that Gino bought his turbo at below dealer cost.... he is still ahead of the game.

Okay, make that an intermittant caps. lock key. :o :p

He still should have signed it.

Guess all the posts have to stand on their own now. :)

Hey, Who Are You, I See No Signature Here. Whats Up With That.......... Maybe You Aren't Really Who You Are. ;) :D

This thread is closed. The parties involved each got an opportunity tell their side of the story. And according to the rules, only the involved parties are allowed in this discussion. I think Jesse has shown a lot of patience in allowing others to express their views, but when it is reduced to punctuation issues, then this thread has obviously run its course. A representative from Turbonetics didn't even need to address the issue, but cared enough to take the time to respond. Member GinoRin was also afforded the opportunity to express his displeasure. If either of you have additional comments to add, then please contact a member of the administration team for assistance.
