i think the 90 mPH was about 11.5 psiSloGN said:when you run the 90 MPH pass how much boost were you running.
i think the problem with your combo is you have a 4L60E trans. with a 3.06 first gear the motor is not gonna get loaded up enuff to make the turbo build boost good. that would explain why it builds boost after 3k. a turbo is aload dependant device.
a 700r4/ 4L60E has a 3.06 first gear. then the second gear is a 1.63 then third is 1.00 and overdrive is .70
a 200r4 gearing 1st 2.74 2nd 1.57 3rd 1.00 4th .67
notice how the 200r4 don't have the big ratio change from first to second gear like the 700r4
thats why most camaro's has a 2.73 gear and still feel good in first till is shifts in second then dies out due to lugging the engine.

does this tell you anyhting?
where you see a 3 second lag? nothing is sliping less then 1000 miles on everythingUNGN said:It tells me I wouldn't trust those RPM numbers as far as I could throw them. There is a 3 second lag between the actual RPM and the other readings (unless that is the clutch, converter or trans is slipping big time)

the whole log is only 11 seconds long (i cut out the BS stuff before the run and after the run, no need to see the trip back from the time slip place or the car running in the staging lanes)
this graph is a 1st to 3rd gear dyno pull i stopped on it at ~25 MPH (i wanted to see the AFR so i had something to tune from)UNGN said:The RPM only drops 500 RPM the 2-3 shift. It should be more like 1200. You are at 5500 RPM at 91 mph with 3.23 gears. This means 6K RPM would = 99 mph when it should be 130 mph.
Either the converter is super loose or the tach is wrong.

even around town the car will shift but the rpms say where they areJohn Wilde said:Thanks for the information.
I think the converter is off.
