TurboTweak inj/chip combo purchase

Hafa Adai from Guam...I purchased a 87 GN (all stock) 3 years ago locally and just now getting to do some upgrades. I tried to order a TT combo set-up but, order form doesn't list Guam as any of the options. I've also email Eric...no response. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
