Turn down for exhaust cutout?

Does anybody make a bolt on turn down for the cut out on a TH down pipe? The ones I found in the JEG's catalog looked to long.

I've thought about it myself, the drone I get with it open sounds bad azz but droves me nuts. One could easely be made with a header collector flange and some pipe. I've wondered if just adding a short piece of pipe to get it out from under the car would help.
