How hard is it to change turn signal/cruise/wiper Lever on the steering collum

Real simple.
Disconnect the wire under the dash at the lower column and connect a string to the end. Pull the turn signal lever straight out and ease the wire out revealing your string. Hook the new wire to the string and pull back through. Reconnect at the bottom.
