turn signals dont blink

If left or right blinker is put on light stays solid.One thing I noticed is on both sides one light is alot brighter than other.Left side started working and then went back to solid light.Arrows on dash are solid light also.

Bulb blown and or ground off/bad connection by battery....the few small grounds that are on inner fender.
Prob a bulb

There are 2 separate flashers. One for hazards and for turn signals.

Check your hazards. If they work replace the flasher for the turns.

One bulb brighter could be a different bulb or bad ground.
