My TV was set back to where it not only shifted firm, but basically jolted the damn car on the 1-2 shift. I toned it down a notch a couple days ago, and the 1-2 is quick and firm, but doesnt give you whiplash anymore, however the 2-3 shift seems to almost flare a little under load. It's also almost too soft. The 3-4 seems fine.
What could be the deal here? Maybe tore something up having too much line pressure for so long? Trans was rebuilt, only has about 50k or so on it.
