tv cable adjustment

What is the proper way to adjust the transmission tv cable?
My newly rebuilt transmission does not shift property and when it shifts from 3rd to second its jerks and jumps.

I don't think the converter size would cause this problem.
When the trans was rebuilt did you have a different/aftermarket Servo or shift kit installed?
Some instructions say to remove one of the Servo springs which unless I'm wrong can cause this problem. The builders on this site say to leave the spring inplace.
Do a search for (servo spring) or (3-2 downshift) on this site and read through them. Should tell you more than I know.
Servo cushion spring my affect 2-1 downshift. Can't remember if it affects 3-2 or not.

troubled trans

It was built by Lonnie from extreme automatics and its a stage 2 trans,it has a P.I. lock up converter.

It Was The Tcc Solenoid.
