TV Cable problem!?

today i come home from work and my car wont go into park. i noticed at lunch it was kinda hard to shift but didnt think anything of it. i tried to put my car in park but it seemed like it was in reverse. then i put it in park turned the car off and my keys stuck in the ignition now. Any clues on why this is? i was goin to take my car to the dyno tomorrow but it looks like thats not happening.

Sounds like your Shifter Cable is screwed not the TV Cable. Try turning the Column to get it into the correct position. Manual Linkage that goes from Trans to the Column may be binding/bent etc.. also.

Also check your shifter cable and retaining clip on the trans.
