When I push my tv cable back then push in gas pedal my cable doesnt seem to "click" at all could tv cable be stretched, worn out, etc. Also the linkage from colum to trans is disabled other than being able to move shifter without key and nuetral safty out of service could that screw up shifting? Also can anyone breakdown "lock up" and "non-lock up" what it should be and how to determine how it is set up, thanks
