All set and ready to buy his 87 t-top gn from this guy had been approved by the bank and all even though they were leary about giving a loan for a rebuilt titled vehicle but pulled some strings and got it. This guy ends up selling to someone else on the board here and won't return my calls doesn't answer the phone and the times I have gotten ahold of him he keeps giving me the runaround and saying oh I'm waiting on the title from the state same crap everytime. Just P.Oed right now with him because he should have told me he sold the car to someone else instead of not answering pm's and or calling me back on this now I'm stuck with a loan that I have to pay on and I don't even have the car. This guy sucks:mad:

title

Scam? Liar? House Took The Car With A Reciept And Without The Title, I Never Lied Or Scammed Anyone.----tim

Wrong what you did plain and simple

You should have called me on this or at least returned my phone calls to you. You completly blew me off on this and I had the funds ready and waiting on you. You sold this car from right under me and you don't even have the common courtesy to let me know that you sold it. You know I'm pissed that's why you won't be a man and call me back and avoiding this whole situation. So what is up with sale pending as soon as I spoke with you when you first put the ad up???? And as far as backing out you are wrong about that you are not honest at all and a liar plain and simple. Just because I asked for detailed pics you assume I'm going to back out what a joke.

I bought the car it was descibed good, I took it home with out the title as Tim was waiting for it, Tim yesterday personally drove down with the title and delivered it to me. Tims a great guy

Deposit

Tim wouldn't scam anybody.
Why didn't you give him a deposit if you wanted it so bad?
You can't wait for every person that says they want to buy something.
Half of the time the person can't of don't have the money!
What would have happened if you couldn't get the money.
Then what???
FIrst come, first serve.
That's how I do my business.
It's not Tim's fault.
If someone has the money, you sell it.
Tim is a stand up guy!
I have bought stuff from him before.
No problems.
It's not that easy to get money for a salvage title car.
You are lucky enough just to get rid of it.
He had to take the cash!
Just keep looking for a GN.
They are out there.
Good Luck!

Tim

I've got stuff from Tim before.

Here is the kind of guy he is. Tim tells me about a roof for my wife’s Buick about 100 miles from my house. I call the guy with the roof, and make arrangements to cut it off at his shop. I am getting a great deal on this roof. I plan on hooking my 28 foot enclosed car trailer up and making the trip to go get this roof. Next I call Tim to see if he wants to ride along, because he knows where it is at. Tim offers more than just to ride along, he offers me the use of his utility trailer. We go get the roof. Tim drove his truck, pulled his trailer, and wouldn't take fuel money from me.

I guess I could understand why some one would be very angry if they bought a car with out a title, later found out it was stolen, then the seller took your money, and now tells you to go pound sand. That is not what happen to you. Tim is not a liar.

I do not understand. Apparently when some one shows up at your doorstep with cash, You are suppose to tell them to go away until I send these detailed pics to this guy (who I do not know) that is applying for a loan on this car. I am sorry, if it were me I would of sold the car too.

I can understand why you are upset, but go pay back the loan. I am sure Tim was going to give you a great deal on that car, but keep your eyes peeled. You'll find another one. It will probably be nicer than this one. Start saving your money now, instead of paying interest on a loan. The additional funds will be the difference between the car you could have had, and the nicer one you soon will have.
