Yes, You could use a 3/8"- 16 x 25.5 to bolt the headers to cylinder head. The Stud / Hex is metric stud headed bolt with STD threads at one end and metric at other. These are to attach the ignition module bracket, oil dip tube….. M8 X 1.25 x 20 / 3/8" - 16 x 47 I believe.
Since the aftermarket header doesn't have the welded spacer then you may have to find other options to fasten the ignition module bracket. I think this stud also acts as a ground for the ignition module.

So looks like my new headers have the spacers welded , where do I get those 2 sided bolts from ? Or can I just use the ones that I took off ?
