they backed down and monday I go back to my original position with friday & saturday off
but while I was gone they hired yet another new guy who is in the national guards,how stupid can they be,they told me I was transferred because we already had 4 people in the barracks who were in the guards or reserves
so now we have 5 people out of 16 who have military duty once a month
they need the following people to be in compliance with 3800.55 pa regs for juvenile placement
1st shift 4 staff
2nd 4 staff
3rd 2 staff
and thats 7 days a week
still looking for another job because I'm sure they will be out to get me for mentioning that I was starting the paperwork to file a lawsuit for discrimination of military members
oh well-I'm just happy I won this one
