Just trying to get some opinions on what to do next for more power.
I have a 87 GN 53k miles with a cold air induction kit, thrasher chip, walbro fuel pump, THDP 3 " , 2 3/4 hooker exhaust.The car is going to the tranny shop next week to get upgraded clutches ban, and i have a 10" Pats 2800 stall converter going in at that time also. I noticed 2 blades were broke off my compressor wheel on the stock turbo.(the car still pulls like crazy) Would it be better to go with a ta49 turbo? or rebuild the stock turbo? Also do you recommended upgrading the intercooler before i upgrade a turbo? Thanks!
I imagine i will see a difference after getting it back from the tranny shop with my new pats converter 2800 LU
