Does anyone have the part numbers or the name of a supplier on where we can get the upper body bushings? These would be the ones ABOVE the frame. I dropped my frame to get it powdercoated.

GM Part Numbers

Here are the stock GM part numbers:
For Regals
Uppers:
#2-330986
#3-348080
#4-348080
#5-488610(Missing from Regals)
#6-330842
#7-1242754
Lowers:
#2-457915
#3-337559
#4-337559
#6-377801
#7-337559

The bushing part #s have been confusing me for many months

In addition to Eric's list, GNtType.org has a list at
http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/bodygauges/mounts.html

Seems GNtType couldn't make up their mind, because they have one chart near top of page and a 2nd chart further down! I've attempted to consolidate all sets of part#s from Eric and both GNtType charts.

Where the #s agree, I write "same". Where's there's a discrepancy I include all #s.

The top half bushing #s generally, but not always, agree.

The top #5 bushing (missing GNX bushing) looks like it could use either the Monte or Cutlass part#. Is this right??
The top #6 bushing looks like a typo in the 4th digit. I think 330942 is correct, as only it comes up valid at GMpartsDirect.com.

The lower half bushings have far more discrepancies among the parts #s.

#3 lower bushing, Eric's comes up as a "washer", the other two are "cushions". Which is the correct cushion?
#4 lower bushing, Eric's comes up as a "washer", the other two are "cushions". Which is the correct cushion?
#7 lower bushing, Eric's comes up as a "washer", the other two are "cushions". Which is the correct cushion?

#5-.....not applicable
#6-.....377801..........same.............same
#7-.....337559..........377801...........457915

If we can figure this out, we'll maybe have the first definitive list!

gnttype.org supplied an order list as the last chart
i ordered as listed except for the #1 uppers which didnt come up at GMPARTSDIRECT.COM

the #3 and #4 lower on the regal were just washers and the book also shows #7 lower was a washer (i had a bushing on #7 lower ) , i replaced them with the ones from GNTTYPE last chart

the #5 were only used on regals on the GNX , i ordered those bushings as well .

i had no troubles installing the bushings in the chart as listed

for all available bushings (#1 lowers, #2-4 uppers and lowers ,the two #5 gnx bushings, and the #6-7 uppers and lowers )from gmpartsdirect the total was 200.11 shipped

you could eliminat the bushings for #1 as there usually isnt any need to change them and save about 15.00

I'm sure you considered the Energy Suspension body bushing kit. It's around $105 and has all bushings, washers, and sleeves for the bushings. No downside to this kit. ;)

It is my understanding that the Energy Suspension bushings can make things squeek. Anybody else have these? Any other comments?

Any of those numbers will work. The only difference is the hardness. Buicks are the softest and Chevy's are the hardest. Personally I dont think you could tell through the seat of your pants. I have the poly's on my cars and you have to play around with the tightness of the bolts to eliminate any squeaking. After they are broken in about all you really notice is the increase in cabin noise.

I forgot about this one. On the Regal these are the missing lower bushing locations so the part number 337559 is a washer. You can use part number 377801 in its place.
