I need to order one of these. Anybody know the size and best place to get a good one?

ok i just went out to the garage... THE ORIGINAL V-band clamps were R G Rays... i did some research. They were "E-Series" V-Clamps made of 300-Series stainless with a 40º Insert Angle. Part Number was 902-281 - which was an odd ball size of 2.81" or 71.4mm ..... i am thinking a 2.75" Clamp should work, but i think i had a 2.5" clamp on there at one time [i have since went back to the originals].... but thats your choice....

i would also stay away from those cheap ass stainless T Bolt clamps with the small bolt and cheap nuts on them..... but thats just me. Buy something quality.

If you’re talking about the one in my picture, I ordered a 2.5” from summit.

I bought one locally from a place that sells semi truck parts. It actually took two clerks to find the correct clamp.
