vac. modulator on blower motor 8-71

[77 cruiser]

This is for a friend of mine, he’s building a blown BB. It will have a turbo 400 & is wondering the best way to hook up the vac. modulator , carb base vac. or below the blower or would it be better to use a cable operated modulator??

Either a cable operated modulator or a full-manual valve body would be the way to go.
