Vacation to North Carolina this September

Hey guys-

My wife is working on a Huge project for work, and it is done in August. She has always wanted to go back to North Carolina, so I am planning on taking her in September.

I have been looking on VRBO for Rentals on the Coast, as she loves the water. Besides Shane , what else do we need to do? As I said she loves the water, but want to do some sight seeing as well. Probably be there the better part of a week.

Since she loves the water, the both of you head down to the surf. Then she'll have you jump into the ocean and charge the on-lookers for whale watching.

There are 3 different "beach" areas here in NC. You have the Outer Banks, being Nags Head Kitty Hawk etc, then you have the Wilmington area which includes Carolina Beach and some little islands, then the Crystal Coast which is the Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle areas. All three are nice but each has a little different flavor. Price and popularity go in the order I listed them...

Here at OBX now and I like Myrtle Beach better.

I have found the father south, the better the beaches are (all the way to Florida).
