Buying a kit from Cruz performance is what I did. There are different spacer heights and an angle adapter for top plenum.
 
^this is an option.

You can also drill & tap the rear of the plenum use barbed fittings or push lock vacuum hose. Both work fine. I’ll just drill & tap mine this winter because it’s not hard & it’s a bit cheaper.
 
You can drill and tap the back of the intake too

Have the MAT, Vacuum brakes (-6 line), and push-lock fittings for MAP, FP Regulator and HVAC. cleans up the lines under the hood a bit.
 
When I ported my intake, I also removed the egr boss inside and welded up both holes, then drilled the top one and tapped it to1/4" pipe, and use that for my brakes. Or drill and tap a block off plate.

I bought a spacer from a friend and drilled and taped my own holes. Works great!
