Vacuum in intake tube

Under boost is vacuum the same along the entire intake tube length? For example, if I were to place the port closest to the turbo inlet would the vac signal be higher than the other end closest to the maf?

yes, highest vacuum should be closest to the compressor.

a pressure differential is what causes flow.
